Cravings Go Away!


Hey guys, just wanted chat about cravings. We all get them….I know all about them and I can tell you that they do PASS!!!  The key to handle a craving is time. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for a craving to pass. So what works for me? I try to get into action, remove yourself from the temptation , and make sure you always have healthy options around, I keep raw almonds around if I’m truly hungry and need a snack, but it’s usually just a craving for something sweet or salty, don’t reach for the cupcake or M&M’s!!!! Reach out and talk to a friend , tell on yourself! Remember we workout too hard to put crap back into our bodies!!!! Seriously! The Craving will pass.
