In 1 hour you can do allot, or you can blink and wonder where the time went?
Yesterday, I decided to see what I could do in 1 hour.
I made my breakfasts, cooked my lunches, and my snacks for the week.
1 hour of kitchen time=5 days of healthy eating choices to feel confident and proud about. Priceless
Btw-2 hours gave me dinner options for the entire family for the week. TWO THUMBS UP!!
So here’s your challenge-give yourself an hour and see what you accomplish!
