Get Real
Let’s be realistic.  You won’t drop two jean sizes in a day. You won’t lose fifty pounds in a month.  You will have less than stellar clean meals.  You will go a day or two without working out.  Your weight and your desires will fluctuate here and there.  You’ll try new techniques, and some won’t work.  You’re human-you will fail.  But nothing is accomplished without obstacles.  Just keep going-you are strong.
